Thank you so much for the prayers that went out for our son, Griffin. Although the growth
was the size of a ping pong ball...praise God it was totally encapsulated and benign!

This morning as I was driving in to work the Lord began to speak to me about sharing my
testimony. I have been sitting on this testimony in fear of what people would think because
I was an Elder in the church but, it's really not about the sin, it's about repentance and
deliverance after the sin. In 2004 I made a decision that truly changed my life. As a mother
we often do things to protect our children when we need to let go and let God. Even though
I repented and prayed when it happened, in 2009 I was still carrying the guilt of my past. I
was afraid to move to a new place because I thought that I would not be able to find a new
job because of the conviction on my record. I had been here in Washington state for about
two weeks when the Lord blessed my with a job as a Domestic Violence Advocate, which
has been a strong desire for me. My sin left me with a large amount of restitution to pay
and while I was in a prayer meeting in my new church, I received a word from the Lord
about the change He is going to make in life. The scripture he gave was Col. 2:14 from the
AMP bible. This changed my whole thought process and I realized that there is nothing too
hard for God. He kept me from going to jail and He kept my marriage together in-spite of
my foolish choices. God is so awesome that in my prayer I told God that I did not want to
drive more than 15 minutes to work because of the traffic here and guess what, my job is
exactly 15 minutes from my house. God has blessed me so much and I just wanted to share
his goodness. I'm planning to start a network for women suffering through domestic
